Scaling

Final fees depend on your exam findings and treatment plan. We accept BDO bank transfer with a 50% deposit, and applicable HMO coverage where indicated above. All treatments include a 6-month warranty.
Who this is for
A good fit if it's been more than 6 months since your last professional cleaning, or if you notice tartar buildup, bleeding gums, or bad breath that brushing alone hasn't fixed.
What to expect
Using ultrasonic and hand instruments, your hygienist removes plaque and tartar buildup from above and below the gumline — areas a toothbrush physically can't reach. It's not usually painful, though areas with more buildup or gum sensitivity can feel a bit more noticeable. A polish typically finishes the visit, leaving your teeth smoother and less prone to fresh plaque sticking as quickly.
Aftercare
Mild gum sensitivity for a day afterward is common, especially if there was significant buildup. Maintaining regular brushing and flossing between visits keeps plaque from re-accumulating as quickly.
